Precision Single Component Media Dispensing
DOPAG metering and dispensing valves are used in all parts of industry for processing low viscosity to pasty media. For these applications, a high-precision, reproducible dose is required.
These valves are available in a number of different ranges and sizes. This allows the user to select the most suitable valve for each individual application. The large number of options and the elective materials of construction maximize the valve’s possible uses.

Application Architecture
Abrasive Filled Resin Dispensing
Executive Overview
This Application Architecture defines a production-ready, NDA-safe framework for engineered dispensing, metering, and encapsulation processes used in advanced manufacturing environments.
Business & Quality Drivers
Applications addressed by this architecture are driven by repeatability, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
Process Requirements
The process requires controlled material delivery, stable process conditions, and predictable execution.
Material & Chemistry Considerations
Material behavior, viscosity stability, and temperature control are critical to process integrity.
System Architecture
The system architecture integrates metering, dispensing, automation, and verification subsystems.
Automation & Controls
Automation and controls coordinate motion, dispensing, and validation with traceability support.
Performance Outcomes
The architecture delivers improved quality consistency, reduced scrap, and scalable production throughput.
Positive Displacement Metering:
The Needle and chamber metering valve work on the volumetric principal (dot application) here each cycle means that the content of the valve chamber are completely emptied upon a trigger signal. This has the advantage of high repetition accuracy and flexibility thanks to the possibility of volume adjustment.
Time and Pressure Dispensing:
On the other hand, dispensing spray and shot valves work on different principles, where the discharged quantity is defined by material pressure and valve needle opening time. This allows for the application of small quantities from a distance as well as continuous application of any material amount.
