Dyna Static

Difficult to mix materials, use Dynamic Static Mixers. The dynamic static mixers are a combination of a dispensing valve and a drive motor. The motor rotates the mixer element in the plastic tube. The drive is either pneumatic or electric. Static-dynamic mixers run without flushing agents because the components are supplied to the mixer tube intake separately

Mixing of the two components shall be done with a dynamic static mixer. This unit is specifically designed for materials where additional shear needs to be introduced to ensure thorough mixing. The two components remain separate until entering the mixer. Only then does homogeneous mixing of the two components take place. The mixer is fastened to the gun and remains stationary. As the material is dispensed, the mixing element inside the mixer rotates at a high speed, thoroughly mixing and blending the materials. (Solvent/material purge optional but not required with disposable mixers)

Dynamic Mix 6.0

Dynamic Mix 6.0 / The Dynamic Mix 6.0 combines the technical advantages of a dynamic mixer with the economical benefits of a static mixer. The Dynamic Mix 6.0 requires a controller. Depending on version the mixer will be integrated in parent control or it comes with a retrofit integration kit.
