Who We Are
Built on Process Engineering. Trusted for Precision.
Kirkco Corporation was established in 1985 as a specialist in adhesive, sealant, and lubricant metering, mixing, and dispensing equipment. Over the four decades that followed, we evolved from an equipment distributor into a full-spectrum systems integrator and process engineering authority — one of the most experienced in North America.
Today, Kirkco designs and integrates complete material handling ecosystems for polyurethane, epoxy, silicone, and lubrication chemistries. Our work brings together automation, controls, and data visibility to deliver application-specific architectures engineered for performance, reliability, and long-term throughput.
Our Engineering Philosophy
Modern industrial manufacturing demands more than standalone machines. It requires cohesive, intelligent architectures where every variable — from material viscosity and ratio accuracy to thermal conditioning and robotic synchronization — is precisely governed.
Kirkco operates with a systems-integrator mindset backed by manufacturer-level discipline. We are vendor-agnostic by design, selecting the best-fit pumping technologies, metering valves, and control platforms for each application rather than pushing a locked product ecosystem. Every system is engineered, documented, validated, and supported with the same rigor we would apply to our own production floor.
Why Manufacturers Choose Kirkco
When a production line goes down, the cost is immediate and measurable. When a metering ratio drifts, the consequences cascade through quality, yield, and customer trust. Manufacturers operating in aerospace, automotive, energy, and advanced composites cannot afford guesswork. They choose Kirkco because we own the entire process — from concept and factory acceptance testing to commissioning, training, and long-term service support.

What Sets Us Apart
Engineered for When Failure Is Not an Option
In an industry served by manufacturers like DOPAG, Graco, and Nordson, Kirkco distinguishes itself through complete process ownership, vendor-agnostic engineering, and a depth of application knowledge that goes far beyond the equipment itself.
Vendor-Agnostic Selection
We are not locked to a single product line. We evaluate piston pumps, gear pumps, progressive cavity pumps, and servo-driven platforms to select the technology that best fits your chemistry, viscosity, and throughput requirements.
Complete System Integration
We engineer complete production architectures — not standalone machines. From bulk chemical storage and material conditioning through metering, mixing, dispensing, and PLC-controlled validation, we own the entire process.
Ratio Accuracy to ±1%
Structural adhesives, polyurethane systems, and encapsulation compounds demand precise mix ratios. Our metering architectures are engineered and validated to maintain ±1% ratio accuracy or better across the full production cycle.
Documentation-Driven Execution
A structured authority doctrine with strict revision control governs every Kirkco system. From process specifications and FAT protocols to commissioning records and operator training materials, nothing is left undocumented.
Modular & Scalable Architecture
Production demands change. Our systems are designed with modular expansion in mind, allowing new automation cells, higher-throughput modules, or additional material streams to be integrated without rebuilding the entire line.
Lifecycle Partnership
Our relationship does not end at commissioning. Kirkco provides in-field installation support, operator training, rebuild and repair services, and long-term technical support to ensure your system performs at specification for its full operational life.
