Powder Centers

The powder center meets all requirements for the powder supply of an automatic coating system and forms the heart of such a system. WAGNER offers both entry-level solutions for small automatic coating systems as well as powder centers with fully automatic color change such as the WAGNER IPS. Most powder centers can be individually configured and are therefore equipped for all coating requirements.

Venturi Feed

Standard Injectors

The powder injectors are feeding systems for the supply of powder guns according to the Venturi principle. They are characterized by their high output range, easy operation and maintenance.

WAGNER powder injectors are based on the Venturi principle for the transport of the coating powder from a container to the gun. Here suspension feeding is used to ensure a constant powder output without spatter. Suspension feeding allows also a highly flexible volume adjustment, which is a basic requirement for some applications. The powder volume is set by changing the supply or dosing air. Here the relevant WAGNER control units automatically set the right ratio between supply and dosing air using the precision regulator. Thus the WAGNER injectors distinguish themselves by their easy operation band low maintenance. This ensures high process reliability for the user.

IP-5000

Dense Flow Feeding System

The IP 5000 is a feeding system for low-air feeding of large powder quantities. It can convey powder quantities of up to 5kg/min with low dust generation. It has an integrated service interval display, which almost eliminates unplanned production interruptions. An automatic flushing and cleaning program is integrated for safe and quick color change.

The IP 5000 is a vacuum supported hose pump for intermediate dosing or feeding. It makes high feed rates with low air requirements and long feed distances of up to 50 meters easily possible. This new pump is suitable for all types of feeding options without restrictions for container sizes.

Easy operation, all keys have a single function. The automatic cleaning program for suction and feed direction as well as the adjustable flushing function ensures a quick paint change.

Four preset and freely programmable recipes for flat and complex parts as well as for the post coating avoid time consuming manual adjustments of the electrostatics. The active service interval indicator displays the remaining running time and ensures optimum maintenance processes.

The pump allows for high flow rates with low air requirements. Long feed distances of up to 50 meters are easily possible.

The basis for the constant and above all high feed performance is the combination of vacuum and dense stream feed.

Feeding can be directly from the carton, from 200 l drums or from the Big Bag. The IP 5000 is also suited for the emptying of final filter tank and allows for any feeding between the powder storage locations to be integrated perfectly into the production process.

PRIMA CENTER

PrimaCenter Standalone

Powder preparation and supply center

The PrimaCenter Standalone can accommodate up to 12 powder injectors. It is designed for powder supply in color change systems and allows easy color change by semi-automated cleaning processes. No power supply is required.

PXE Powder Center

Powder preparation and supply center

The PXE powder center offers the ideal entry into automatic powder coating due to the intuitive handling of the central control system. Depending on customer requirements, different basic versions are available. Up to 22 injectors can be supplied.

PXM POWDER CENTER

Powder preparation and supply center

The powder center PXM is a modular powder supply system, which can be individually configured in an overall system with system control. Feeding from a box with up to 14 injectors or fluid container with up to 34 injectors, as well as add-on modules such as filter suction, EPG rack and fresh powder supply allow a wide range of applications.

The PXS is a powder supply system for both single-color and multi-color systems. It optionally includes the complete WAGNER system control for central operation. Due to its modular design it can be Individually adapted to customer requirements and enables a safe, fast color change with coating results in high quality. The PXS can supply up to 36 injectors.

Supercenter EVO

SuperCenter EVO is a powder center for frequent and fast color changes. The high degree of automation of individual processes enables easy operation with high efficiency. Powerful powder injectors produce a homogeneous powder feed. In combination with high-quality powder preparation by fluidization and optional sieving, this results in high coating quality. The double-designed and automated fresh powder station with integrated weight sensors significantly increases productivity compared to conventional powder centers. The SuperCenter EVO is supplied with a complete system control, including central operation via a touch screen.
