Evobell High-Speed Rotary Atomizer
The demands for surface finish quality are continually increasing in many part of industry. With the Evobell 3000 and 3500, WAGNER has developed a new generation of high-speed rotary atomizers which set new standards in the areas of surface finish, paint saving, reliability, safety and ease of servicing.
Innovative Technology
The atomizer bell, broken down into bell and distributor, guarantees quick inexpensive adaptation to the material being atomized. Only the distributor has to be changed. The unique design of the distributor allows optimal cleaning and ushing of the atomizer bell and the distributor.
Highly Economical
- Very high application efficiency (up to more than 90%)
- The additional integral bell flushing system save emptying the material tube for intermediate cleaning.
- A quick-change systems allows easy replacement of the whole atomizer so the paint material can be waiting at the valves.
- The valve blocks (no dead spaces) guarantee a thorough, precise color change.
- With the double valve block, a color change only takes a few seconds as the next color is already waiting.
- The Evobell high-speed rotary atomizer is easy to service. It can be disassembled and reassembled quickly reducing down time and costs.
For Excellent Surface Finish
The atomizer bell, designed for high quality surface finishes, provides a homogeneous film thickness with the finest atomization. The high speed range of up to 70,000 rpm in continuous operation allows an optimal setting of the droplet size from fine to very fine.
Versatile
For solvent and water-based materials. Three bell sizes with di¬fferent distributor variants for a wide range of use. Optimized air guide for precise setting of the spray jet, for high penetration depth or large area soft application of paint. Can be individually adapted to a wide range of applications.
