This is the ideal application unit for precise internal lubrication of cylindrical components. This innovative system allows for the precise dosing/ metering of greases or oils at various layer thicknesses into cylindrical bodies without the need for retooling.

The unit's groundbreaking design includes a material pathway through the center axis of the drive system, significantly reducing dead volume post-dosing. Its modular design allows for customization, with options for different lance lengths and centrifuge plate diameters.

Utilizing a servo motor enables variable speeds tailored to the specific media being used. Integrated speed monitoring ensures precise rotation of the lance for accurate dosing of the lubricant. Additionally, the integrated Metering Valve facilitates consistent dosing quantities, ensuring uniform lubricant application or adjusting according to axial travel requirements.
