Standard Low Pressure Mixing Head Assembly

Our standard head assembly boasts robust construction, with major parts made from chrome-plated steel, Teflon-coated aluminum or stainless steel mixers, and Teflon or Viton seals. Key features include a mixing head body, bearing housing with high-speed bearings, a 4-way material valve, diaphragm-type flush valve, hardened mixer shaft, air-actuated valve operator, and an AC electric motor-driven mixer with variable speed.

Automatic Water Flush Module: Variable speed drive for mixer operation, enabling a speed range of 0 - 10,000 rpm, with automatic speed adjustment during cold water injection.
