How It Works: Pressure vessels supply the material into the three-phase asynchronous motor-driven gear pumps, where they are proportioned at the pre-selected ratio. Each gear pump is safeguarded against over/under pressure as standard. The control unit is managed by either a metering computer or PLC.

The ELDO-MIX 202 features a static mixing system that includes a twin snuffer valve combined with a disposable static mixer. If mixed material remains in the mixer, it can be easily and inexpensively replaced, avoiding time-consuming, expensive, and environmentally damaging flushing cycles.
