Vario Mix

The VARIO-MIX S series is a piston pump type metering and mixing system\ used to process precision shots of low to high viscosity\ multi component materials such as epoxy resins\ polyurethanes\ silicones\ and others. These materials may be unfilled\ filled\ as well as abrasive or moisture sensitive. The Vario Mix S system is available in two categories\ S1 for small shot (output 1 to 90 ml) or S2 for large shots (output 20 to 200 ml) and can be used in a variety of different applications. The Vario Mix is a custom configured machine platform. One of our application engineers would be pleased to assist with complete system configuration.
