Kirkco’s Walther Pilot product line covers a full range of automatic applicators for spraying and marking applications...from a simple spray or marking valve to a sophisticated gantry-type system or robot-mounted unit for precise applications.

You can use WALTHER PILOT automatic guns to spray practically all coating materials. These include not only paints and lacquers but also adhesives, sealants and separating agents. The guns can be used within almost all industry and handcraft segments. In order to guarantee the highest quality and to save expensive coating material, WALHTER PILOT spray guns are usually available with a large variety of nozzle sizes. All guns are available as medium pressure or HVLP version. This guarantees extremely high transfer efficiency. So why not judge us by our results: the spraying quality, the material savings and our long-term contribution to environmental protection. Last but not least: parts availability for 10 years.

Dot matrix and marking guns must withstand highest mechanical stress levels, i.e. opening and closing in rapid succession, which primarily affect their needle seal packings - the first and foremost wearing parts in any gun. To counteract this, WALTHER PILOT needle seal packings are made of especially wear-resistant materials. In addition to this standard feature, we also offer gun models incorporating a special lubricator behind the needle seal packing. Also available is a new diaphragm gun version--the solution for all heavy-duty operating requirements.
